Our Programs

We will have different programs ranging from ages 4-144!

Our programs are for libraries, schools, and any other place that wants to become more environmentally aware. We do a few different programs depending on age, space, and amount of people.  All our programs differ from an hour to an hour and a half. We are extremely flexible and will clean do all the clean up and set up. Our programs our taught by young, energetic, enthusiastic, and highly-educated teenagers. If you are interested in doing a different kind of program other then those listed below, contact us.

Don't see the kind of program you are looking for? If you are looking for a program that you would like to gear towards a certain group, we would be more than happy to accommodate to your needs. Our goal is to educate everyone on the importance of the environment and to show them that everyone can make a difference. We will do whatever it takes to accomplish this goal!

All programs are taught by trained, experience, caring teenage volunteers. All set-up and clean-up is taken care of by volunteers at every program. 

Programs:

Buncha Boxes

Long Island's newest craze!

In Buncha Boxes kids make a community out of cardboard boxes. Kids learn what it means to be a community and how everyone can help out and work together. Children explore using cardboard tubes and paint. 

This program has a 10 dollar material fee. 

Rethink Green

Ages 12-20

This is our basic program, which starts with a 20 minute interactive power-point presentation. The presentation starts with an explanation of our campaign and its purpose, then we go on to discuss global warming and environmental problems. Then we turn to solutions for these minor disturbing facts about our environment. We touch upon different types of alternative energy, tips on how participants of the program can go green, and cool stories about how people in different parts of the country have gone green. The program concludes with either a 10-20 minute question and answer section while doing a craft made out of recycled or reused materials.

This program has a 10 dollar material fee. 

Rethink Green 2

For parents

Learn how to buy, sell, live, and teach your children to be eco-friendly. We learn our habits at a young age that are kept throughout life, this program teaches you all about how to instill eco-friendly  habits in your children. Then learn what to buy where to buy it and how you the consumer can help the environment. This is a program that will surely change the way you live!

Green Kids

Grades K-5

Play games and create environmentally friendly projects. Learn about everything from global warming to alternative energy to landfills and waste management. Then hear cool stories about how people took green to the extreme. The whole program is extremely captivating, innovative and kid friendly.
